8 weeks of boot camp classes - once a week class

WHAT WILL YOU GET IN THE NEXT 8+ WEEKS?
1. LIVE TRAINING Once a week class where we impart the MINDSET, PRINCIPLES, and TECHNIQUES you will need to fight and defend yourself. PLUS 8 additional Krav Maga foundational ('Level One') classes any time during your 8 week boot camp!
2. SAFE TRAINING We utilize a medical-grade air purifier at all times in our studio, and strive to maximize air flow. Hand sanitizer stations are available, and stringent cleaning protocols are in place.
3. VIDEO TRAINING AND DRILLS Access to VIDEO TRAINING that will deepen and enhance what you are being taught, as well as higher-level techniques, including knife and gun defense, grappling, wrestling, jiujitsu, and muay thai techniques. We make these available on our Facebook and Youtube pages.
4. ‘THE LIST What exactly are the things to learn in these 8 weeks that could save your life? We give you the week-by-week breakdown so you can be confident you are getting the fundamentals down.
This includes the psychology and mindset you need from the start - situational awareness, understanding and acting immediately on intuition, and the ability to click your 'on switch' and release the aggressive beast within!
We'll teach you how to be a 'Hard Target' to get a hold of, and, if needed, how to strike and create the most damage possible to an attacker. and how to be a hard target.
You'll learn best practices to deal with several of the most common attacks, including control attacks from behind, hair and clothing grabs, and even being on the ground against a standing attacker.
Keep in mind, we understand that for most EVERYONE in the class, this may be the FIRST TIME ever trying these! So we have caring and encouraging instructors to help you start slow and work your way up to proficiency! It will actually be a lot of FUN - and a good workout!
HOW TO GET THE VERY MAXIMUM FROM THIS TRAINING:
1. GET A PARTNER, OR TWO…OR FOUR! Several friends or family members training together is fun, and you’ll be able to practice together outside of class as well.
NO PARTNER? There will definitely be others that are coming on their own, so you’ll have no problem finding a partner in class!
2. DON’T MISS A SESSION - you have 2 CLASS OPTIONS weekly! You can come to EITHER class each week, depending on your schedule that week - you don’t have to commit to the same class day every week.
3. BE PREPARED: Wear comfortable workout clothes, and bring your own water bottle and a towel. Facilities (including water fountain) are certainly available at all times. For outdoor classes, if you think you may want to sit down and rest at any point, bring a camp chair.
